Horse Show Registration

(for 2021 on-site horse shows) 

Complete form for each horse/rider combination.

Online pre-entries WILL NOT be taken after the Thursday prior to the show. 

 

You will need to check in at show office on day of show prior to first class entered.

Please bring completed, printed copies of:

1) Coggins Test for each horse showing/schooled 

2) Liability Release Form 

3) 4-H Waiver (only required for the 4-H Show)

to the show with you for check-in.
